"This acquisition aims at strengthening and diversifying Visabeira’s presence in France, a country where the Portuguese Group already holds a significant business operation in the telecommunications sector," justified José Arimateia, Public Affairs and Internal Communications Director of the Viseu group.

Negotiations are also underway so that, "in the near future," Visabeira Global may establish, in Paris, "an important partnership for the FTTH (Fiber Optic) markets with VINCI," a world leader in the provision of services in the Construction and Public Works sector, said the same Director.

Visabeira Global is also present in France with Constructel, a company from the ??telecommunication networks field that plans to double its turnover next year to 25 million Euros.
